System requirements                   Instructions                   Online view

See how Microsoft Visio 2010 can be used to analyze the status of your sales pipeline in an easy-to-understand, visual format with this sample diagram. This sample uses the PivotDiagram functionality in Visio to create a hierarchical view of the key steps in a sales process. It automatically generates based on a linked or embedded data set, showing the current status versus quota—overall and by sales stage.

This sample shows how you can analyze virtually any workflow or process against established goals. You can customize this sample to show your own sales process steps and include additional pipeline data, such as progress against geographic sales goals. You could also customize it to analyze your lead generation pipeline or customer service or help desk queue.
