Cross-Functional Flowchart for HR Processes sample diagram for Visio 2010

System requirements                   Instructions                   Additional resources                    Online view

Design, modify, and track integrated local processes with this Microsoft Visio 2010 sample diagram for human resources (HR). As Justyn Scarbeau of Microsoft HR indicates, organizations can use data-linked cross-functional flowcharts to create consistent processes centrally that can still be used effectively by local teams. This balance can help stakeholders understand and optimize processes for any needed local variations, which in turn helps to reduce cycle time, reduce errors, and increase collaboration. This sample diagram uses both the cross-functional flowchart and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) capabilities in Visio Premium 2010. You can use diagrams like this to design and implement processes for any part of your organization.

With Visio Services and either Visio Professional 2010 or Visio Premium 2010, you can publish any type of diagram (static or data-linked) to SharePoint, so others can view the diagram without needing to have Visio installed on their machines.
