Telecommunications service company creates network diagrams 10 to 25 percent faster with software upgrade

Global Crossing relies heavily on visual diagrams to sell networking solutions to its customers. As part of the Rapid Deployment Program for Microsoft Office 2010, Global Crossing upgraded to Microsoft Visio 2010 to take advantage of new Visio capabilities to create system network diagrams for customers. The company expects to improve the customer experience during the sales cycle while shortening the development time of assembling diagrams by 10 to 25 percent.
