Business Situation: Generating and distributing employee utilization reports across the 7 business units was one-dimensional, cumbersome, and time consuming activity for MindTree’s Business Finance Group, limiting the value of reports for executives.

Solution: MindTree developed a utilization dashboard to provide Senior Management and other business users with the ability to gather, review, and drill down on business unit utilization data using Visio Professional 2010 and SharePoint 2010, eliminating the need for manually created performance reports.
